Optimum Evolution is a fully regulated Luxembourg based fund focused, once again, on residential property in Berlin. The objective of the fund is to provide medium to long term capital appreciation as well as some distributions during the life of the investment. The Fund has recently completed its ramp-up phase and it is currently being optimized. The acquired portfolio is made up of 982 units, for a total value of over EU 150 M, predominantly located in prime areas of the central part of Berlin.
