optimum1OPTIMUM BERLIN S.A. manages funds with total value over EU 60M comprised of 26 buildings, 540 units, 43,152 sqm of rentable space, throughout the city of Berlin. It was founded in December 2006 and it is now fully invested. Management and staff are now focusing on the optimization phase of the project which involves, among other things, carrying out the necessary refurbishment of some of the buildings and optimizing the rental income. We have successfully sold some buildings and reinvested the profits.

It was founded in April 2007 and it is now fully invested. Management and staff are now focusing on the optimization phase of the project which involves, among other things, carrying out the necessary refurbishment of some of the buildings and optimizing and stabilizing the rental income. We have successfully sold some buildings and reinvested the profits.
